Cook with me.

Good morning :)
Assalamualaikum, tak jawab dosa, hehe.

So today I'm gonna write about cooking.
More specifically, how to make Singapore Noodle (mihun singapore lah).
I am writing this while finishing up my desktop configurations and downloads :(

You will need:
- cooking oil (any brand you prefer)
- garlic (clove count : depending on your taste)
- shallot (optional, but I like them plenty)
- chicken / prawn (diced / small cuts)
- eggs (depends on how many you like)
- chili paste (to spice up your noodle)
- salt & sugar
- oyster sauce (as much as you like, preferably one soup bowl)
- black pepper (according to you liking)
- bird's eye chili (smashed)

#1 smash all of your preferred garlic and toss it in the wok with hot oil. Cook until the smell risen.
#2 toss away the shallot(s) you like, mix well until the colour changes.
#3 mix in chicken / prawn till cook.
#4 for however much you like of your eggs/white eggs, scrambled them in the wok while mixing with all the other ingredients.
#5 once the eggs are cooked to your liking, add in chili paste. Now the thing about chili paste is only to spice up your noodle, the more chili you put, the more colour you add to your noodle (white - less chili ; orange - moderate chili ; reddish - more chili & probably spicy)
#6 cook until the oil breaks in the wok (pecah minyak hahaha)
#7 add in salt and sugar to better the taste
#8 now, add in the oyster sauce and black pepper. Stir well.
#9 lastly, add any additional chili or veges that you prefer. As for me, that would be the bird's eye chili hehehe.
#10 because I never mention to boil the noodles first, that's because I don't. Just drown (soak) the noodles in cold water until it is smooth. Please note that the noodles are not cooked. After the noodles has smoothen, dry them and mix together in the wok until cook.
#11 stir everything thorough and well until dry (well done), turn off your stove, and serve while its hot :)

Tadaa!
Super simple meehun goreng Singapore, or whatever.
Happy trying!
